CrossRef is a collaborative reference linking service that functions as a digital switchboard for scholarly communication. It holds no full-text content but effects linkages through CrossRef Digital Object Identifiers (CrossRef DOI), which are tagged to article metadata supplied by the participating publishers. This developments-shared infrastructure ensures that researchers can permanently link, click on a reference citation in our journal, and seamlessly access the cited article.

Currently, all articles published in the International Journal of Green Pharmacy (IJGP) are assigned a unique, permanent DOI to ensure metadata persistence and citation tracking.
